North American Technician Excellence (NATE)
North American Technician Excellence (NATE) is an independent, third-party organization that develops and promotes excellence in the installation and service of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment by recognizing high-quality industry technicians through voluntary testing and certification. Our technicians have passed the rigorous testing necessary to qualify as NATE Certified Technicians.
REFRIGERATION SERVICE ENGINEERS SOCIETY (RSES)
Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) is a leader in training and education for professional HVACR technicians and contractors, and currently has more than 15,000 members in nearly 175 chapters in the U.S. and Canada, with additional technicians routinely using its training material in 50 countries across six continents.

GEOTHERMAL ENERGY ASSOCIATION
The Geothermal Energy Association is a trade association composed of U.S. companies who support the expanded use of geothermal energy and are developing geothermal resources worldwide for electrical power generation and direct-heat uses.
To accomplish this, the GEA advocates for public policies that will promote the development and utilization of geothermal resources, provides a forum for the industry to discuss issues and problems, encourages research and development to improve geothermal technologies, presents industry views to governmental organizations, provides assistance for the export of geothermal goods and services, compiles statistical data about the geothermal industry, and conducts education and outreach projects.
